Q. Is the inventory online accurate?
A. We keep the inventory online up to date every day.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept Visa or Mastercard payments of $500 or less. You can the remaining
balance with cash, a cashiers check or a check. If you write a check, you will need
a letter of guarantee from your bank or we can not accept it. If you can not bring
any of the forms of payment already listed, we can arrange a bank to bank wire
transfer with you while you're here.
Q. Do you provide a warranty on your vehicles?
A. We do provide information about getting a warranty on our website.

service or sell the warranties. Remember, if a vehicle is new enough and has low
enough miles, it could have the balance of a factory warranty remaining on it.
Q. Are your prices firm, or will you deal?
A. We are not the type of dealership that puts any false information out on display.
We want our customers to be able to look at a vehicle knowing that the price
listed is what they can expect to pay for it. You should find that this saves you
hours of time during your shopping and purchase process.
Q. If I am from a state other than Minnesota, what
do I need to do to purchase a vehicle?
A. You may want to call us and put a down payment on the vehicle you want to buy.
This way no one else will buy it while you make travel arrangements. The standard
down payment is $500. Also, you will need to bring either cash or a cashiers check
to pay for the remaining balance when you get here. If you do not know the exact
amount of the purchase you will be making, and you want to write a check, you
will need a letter of guarantee from your bank. If you do not come in person, you
can simply mail the remaining balance via a cashiers check or we can arrange a bank
to bank wire transfer.
Q. Will you ship a van to my location?
A. We do not get involved with the shipping of any vehicles but you are free to
contract a shipping company on your own. We suggest searching the internet for a company
to choose from.
Q. Can I fly there and drive it home?
A. Yes, this is very common and it is a lot cheaper than shipping your new van.
We are only 20 miles from the Minneapolis/St. Paul International Airport (MSP).
Sun Country and
Northwest are major carriers here.
Q. What do you do to the vehicles when they get to
your lot?
A. We look every vehicle over when it gets here. Although we attempt to handle as
many repairs as we can, it is impossible to locate every repair and absorb the cost
of all the repairs and still sell these vehicles at a wholesale price.
Q. Does Cargo Van Go do any financing?
A. We do provide information about financing on our website.
